Outstanding customer service and phenomenal experience and skill working with small engine equipment! Zangerle puts themselves in the shoes of their customers and makes certain that you'll get the results you need, whether you're buying equipment or having something repaired. A brand new DR mower, ordered online, shredded its belts on delivery and DR called on Zangerle to fix it. They picked it up, identified a defective drive unit, replaced it, made sure the unit was performing perfectly and delivered it. They also guided us in choosing a 60" electric zero turn mower from Gravely and gave us a great price. They took delivery from a Gravely distributor and in checking out the mower, noticed a leaking hydraulic drive unit that they promptly replaced. They tested the entire unit to make sure it was performing properly before delivering it. They also provided training on the use of these units along with tips for maintaining top performance. It's rare to receive such excellent service. Highly recommended!
